Withdrawals: General Cashier instructions
- If a payment method is no longer valid, cancel your request and contact us.
- Funds originating from deposits and player-to-player transfers must be wagered at least once before they can be withdrawn.
To request a withdrawal, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account, head to the Cashier, and select the Withdraw tab.
- Insert the withdrawal amount you want to request and press the green arrow.
- Select your preferred withdrawal method from the available options*.
- Review your withdrawal limits and applicable exchange rate, then select the green arrow.
- Enter the required payment method details.
- Confirm all details are correct and submit your request.
* Your withdrawal method may be automatically selected by the system if you've made deposits in the last 12 months with a payment method subject to our Withdrawal Policy. For more information, head to our website's Deposit and Withdrawal section and choose Withdrawal Policy.
Once you submit your withdrawal request, you'll receive an email confirming your transaction details and when you should expect your funds.
Important:
If you're using our mobile app, before closing it always remember to log out properly. If you do get blocked by the system, wait 10 minutes before you try to log back in.
