File formats for verification documents
We accept verification documents (ID, proof of address, etc.) in these file formats:
- JPEG (.jpeg)
- PDF(.pdf)
- DOC (.doc/.docx)
- BMP(.bmp)
- PNG(.png)
You can upload them via our software, mobile app, or website. The total size limit for attachments is 20 MB.
If you're sending files generated by our software, such as log files, notes files, etc., they can remain in their existing format (.zip, .txt, etc.).
We don't accept cloud-based links (e.g., OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.).
